    0644 instead of VAT

I had this froma client, has anyone any ideas? Is it a unicode thing?

"I noticed that instead of the word "vat" on the invoices it says "0644" so it reads

    Sales
    Shipping
    Subtotal
    0644
    Total
    Also on the checkout pages"

    Thank you

Thanks Louise. It doesn't seem resolved there. Hopefully developers will spot this post soon!

Website purge and refresh has not worked. The expression '0644' still displaying instead of 'VAT'.

Anyone any ideas? Any Sellerdeck staff?

What does it say in Business Settings -> Tax under Tax1 -> Description, that is where the variable 'Tax1Caption' is set in V11.

            Hi Malcolm

Everything in the local instance was fine - the caption said VAT

Just to update - customer did a 'help','troubleshooting', website purge and refresh and the issue seems to be resolved.

It must be some sort of bug as this post describes the same thing: http://community.sellerdeck.com/showthread.php?t=49139

It is a shame no one from Sellerdeck could make any suggestions.

            Thank you
