I have tried and tried and cannot find where to get rid of that Skype link. Anyone got any clues?

If you mean your community signature then it's here https://community.sellerdeck.com/pro...=editsignature - or via QUICK LINKS and the drop down menu.

It's not the signature, that appears under a post and does not have the blooming Skype thing! It is the side bar contact details I cannot edit.

I think it's an administrator only thing - looking at the FAQs it refers to profile page customisation but when you click the link it says you're not allowed access.

I Have Asked Ian Bigg to try and address these issues.

It is quite apparent that no one from Sellerdeck and no moderators are looking at this forum any more.

So, as stated above, although we are all having to refresh our browsers all the time to see new posts and my spurious Skype missing image text remained robustly. Ian Bigg comes on the scene, says there is nothing wrong and now magically refreshing the page removes the spurious reference and the green padlock appears. Amazing!

I edited my above post two or three times and each time the editor thew up the original version not the version that had been edited and saved previously.

                      Hi,
I agree there is something not working correctly. The person that needs to look into this is currently away until next week. I will ask them to fix this when they are back.

Regarding the skype contact details. There was nothing in your profile setup for this, but must have been stored in a cookie from when you did have something. This is why I suggested removing them.

Surely a cookie would only have affected Jonathan's browser? I was seeing his skype link and also not getting the green padlock as a result.

I think they have my face on the staff room dartboard instead of sending me an email!

Justin's literally linked a post saying he's looking in to the forum issues - Just let him get on with it instead?
