securing the contact us page - captcha

OK inline with the thread below, a wish to be able to secure the contact us form, i know it can be done but perhaps to have it already an option or built in would be good.

i have loads of mods and every upgrade i have to put them back in, its about time the software did some of it for me

I have managed to create something, but it relies on someone elses servers so anyone else with suggestions im open

I can open the site http://rawair.co.uk/acatalog/test/ (losing the acatalog from the end) but can't get into thr catalog or the contact us form? same problem as easlier

if you get to the contact us page click the captcha refresh link

and if you click on the helmet in the best sellers it does something even more odd
