Why do I get a 'File not found' error when clicking 'Cancel' or 'Done' in the checkout pages?

This is probably caused by an invalid URL.

Select Design | Design Options. If the URL for 'URL for Completed and Aborted Checkout' does include a file name then it must end with a '/' otherwise the web server interprets the last part of the URL as a page name instead of as a directory name.

The same applies to the 'Home Page Link' if a URL is specified.
