    Sage Pay V3 Error initialising payment service

    I have just upgraded SellerDeck_V1106PIDC_UK for Sage Pay protocol V3 and I am now getting the "Error initialising payment service" message described here:

    Sage Pay say the IP address is entered correctly. I have used www.who.is to get the IP address from the DNS record.

    Any idea where I'm going wrong?

    I've double checked with my hosting company and the IP address I'm using is definitely correct, but I'm still unable to take any payments through the website. this is a live site, or at least it was.... so any help would be much appreciated.

      You said you contacted SagePay Support and that the details are correct. You may need to contact SellerDeck Support.

        Yes I have. they say everything looks ok with the settings in My Sage Pay. They say they can't even see a faild transaction on their system so it seems as though sellerdeck isn't even making contact.

        They said to contact Sellerdeck support.

          I have "Phone with card details" as an option, so that will have to do till Monday I guess.

            Crypt::SSLeay installed and payment are going through as expected.
