Order .OCC File Not Being Created on Server

Have used Sellerdeck 11.0.6 and Sellerdeck payments for several years without problem until Wednesday. Started to get Forbidden error when downloading orders and customers got same message after payment rather than being redirected back to shop. Hosting company traced problem to Mod Security being enabled on our server. They disabled it and customer side is now working normally. We can also download orders but they go into Pending not completed. Have discovered that only the order files .ord and .stk are being created on the server not .occ. Have changed script number and refreshed website but no change. Any suggestions please.

Try running the network test (Web / Network Setup / Test) and report back.

Can you confirm you use eukhosting.net for hosting

Hi Goz, Thanks for the reply. I can confirm that we use eukhost on their Business server and had no problems for years. The network test passes everything. The site is all functioning well apart from the lack of a payment confirmation file from Sellerdeck Payments. Strange one.

Update 1400 UK. I decided to rerun the 11.0.6 install and then refresh the website just in case a file had got corrupted. Thankfully this seems to have cured the problem.
