Shopping Cart UPDATE bug

[IDOLS84]

Hello guys!

I have a problem with my shopping cart in http://www.idols.fr

=> when I put a product in, the price an the quantity of product appears in the cart, and when I clic on a another section , like Fred Perry or West Coast Choppers, my cart disappears (I mean the quantity and the product are lost on the main page of my site ) and the customer is lost.

I have a lot of customers call because they think there is a problem on the website and they decide to not order.

Does anyone have a idea of the problem ?

This problem is common and is nearly always related to www and non-www pages.

For example the West Coast link goes to http://idols.fr/acatalog/West_Coast_...se_James_.html without a www while other pages have the www.

A search of the forum should find several previous threads, but the problem is usually due to something not set correctly in Network Settings.

Check for inconsistent URLs in your network settings.

With the exception of 'FRED PERRY' and 'LONSDALE' which are OK
