    Hi,
Look under content / click on a product / product details / general and the list is at the bottom including the New condition field.

Also set global default Brand/Condition in Site Options | General | Product.

The new fields should be found in the Product area at the bottom of the General tab of the Product Details.

If not, then probably something went wrong with the upgrade. If you still have a snapshot from the earlier version, try uninstalling and reinstalling v10.0.4 and reimporting the snapshot. If that doesn't work, you will need to contact support.

I am using the South African version and the fields are not displaying under the general tab after a complete new install. I will report it to the SA office.

Thanks, there was an error with our local version (South African) which support has now sorted out. The question now that confuses me is how do you import the new fields, they don't appear to be able to be imported by flat file import, unless I am missing something??

You cannot import them directly from a flat file. You will need to convert it into a hierarchical file using the flat file converter (FlatFileConvertor.exe in the ProgramFiles\Actinicvxx diretory) and then import that. See the main help for more information.

I am missing a step here, I have a simple flat file, with Product Reference, Price, Full description, Short description, Section Image, Stock in Hand, and a new field that I created called "Brand"(this is where I think I may be going wrong)

I then load flatfileconverter, and it indicates that the field "Brand" is not used.
SO, I obviously am missing something in the understanding of the new fields. I know how to do a file conversion using flatfileconverter, but am not sure what the new fields is/are called?

I haven't managed to find anything in the help files?

Have a search for 'FlatFileConvertor.exe' in the help, it explains what the drop downs mean.

However, I believe that you wish to set the 'brand' on a product by product basis, so in the flat file converter, next to brand select 'Product' in the 'Type of Field' value.

Suggest you export a snapshot before importing the resulting file just as a backup.
