CartError

Hi
I wanted to add the CartError to the product page as we are restricting order amounts on some Sale Items. I have managed to add it but what I got was not quite what I was expecting:


The code seems to be treating some Tags as Text. I found some of the code in Design/ Text (1:61, 1:197) after some research here but I cannot see why it is treating the Tags as Text:


What I am trying to achieve is it to report a simple error:

"Amount exceeds Maximum Order of 1" Where '1' would be nice to have as a variable instead: 'MaxQuantityOrderable'

plus change the ghastly Red Box with Black Text Warning, but that seems to be coded inline which I have thus far not been able to find - Only the Non erroring code.

Hopefully haven't got much more time left on this butchered template as we will be moving to 2016 with a fresh Template in the New Year and all features should work as expected.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
