Can't find 'Shipping Suppliment' variable.

I am trying to display the shipping suppliment set in:
Product Details|Details|Shipping Details|Suppliments|Shipping Suppliment
Also the Handling Suppliment set in:
Product Details|Details|Shipping Details|Suppliments|Handling Suppliment
The problem is that I cannot find the variable in which these values are stored.
I wish to insert the variables into the Product Description although I don't think I need help with that aspect unless there are special issues that apply.

I'm afraid this one isn't available in Actinic yet. There is already a bug raised for it to be added, and I've added your vote to that.
