Handling Charges - Tax Rate

Does anyone know if it is possible to set the tax rate for Handling Charges to Pro-rata as per the shipping charges.

This is not listed as an option.

I've asked our development team if there is a workaround for this. I'll post back as soon as I have an answer.

I've been informed that 'Pro-rata' is not allowed on handling charges as being a service in its own right, handling is fully VATable.
