    I have a YesPay Chip and pin device. What happens if I lose Internet connection?

    If you are using the YesPay chip and pin device with SellerDeck EPOS, and lose Internet connection for a day, for example, this is what will happen:

    If you lose internet connection for a day and if the floor limit is set at the terminal, then all the transactions below that limit will get approved offline and the transactions above floor limit will go to referrals and then the you will have to call the bank to get the authorization code to be entered manually and then the transactions will get approved offline

    When the transactions get approved offline they get stored at the till itself, and when the connectivity is re-established and a transaction is performed, the stored transactions start getting uploaded first and then the current transaction processes.
