Hidden product that is still available.

I need to create a product that is hidden from all, but be able to give the URL to a client so that they may use the URL to pay for the product. It is a unique product created solely for them, hence the necessity to hide it.
I have tried creating the product, uploading (in order to get the link), copying the link, then hiding the product, uploading again and then pasting the copied link, but the link no longer works (which makes sense).
Any ideas how this could be achieved please?

would that work for you. Otherwise you could perhaps create an account for them and then you can create a section that is only available for their account.
