Actinic v7 and Paypal issues

Hi all,

not sure if anyone can help me but for a quite some time now we're not receiving paypal payment confirmations. All PayPal orders stay in the pending tab.
And yesterday I've received this email from Paypal.

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications
(IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are
failing:

https://www.ourwebsite.com/cgi-bin/o...%2fwebsites%2f
ourwebsite%2ecom%2facatalog%2f&SEQUENCE=3&ACTION=AUTHORIZE_900&CARTID=
114Z74Z200Z226A1281355073B3156&ON=SW083610138134&TM=0&ACT_POSTPROCESS=1&

Any ideas please???

check the changes you made are still in place

I have the same problem. The paypal orders haven't been going through properly for a while. I made the changes in that thread you linked to a while ago, maybe a month or so. I just received an email like the one above.

I went to double check the settings and they still seem to be correct. This is for v6 though.
