Image with link on filter results

I am looking to add a "buy now" image to each of my filter results, I want it to simply take you to the product page (not add to cart). I can't seem to find a way to do this, am I missing something simple or is it not possible? Thanks.

There are two layouts for filtering. Filtered product summary to display products before you click on a filter and Tabular search result layout after you click on a filter.

I'm sure I tried that before I made the image clickable with no joy, either way works a treat now. Thanks!
