Cannot view contents of dialog boxes

Hi there,

I have v11.0.3 and I seem to have a problem that is best explained by the attached photo of the Discounts Surcharges and Coupons Settings dialog box.

I cannot use it!

If anyone knows what causes it, or can advise me of a trick or workaround then I'd be happy to hear it.

Try installing V11.0.3 onto another spare PC and see if the problem shows using the default demo site.

Then try installing a Snapshot of your existing site and see if the fault now appears.

If it doesn't, try copying the entire existing Site1 folder into the test machines Site1 and see what happens.

Won't fix it; but may give some pointers to where the problem lies.

Unfortunately I don't have a spare PC to try this on.

Solution - or perhaps a workaround

Hi there,

I gave up and decided to bite the bullet. I put aside some time to start messing with my screen settings.

After trying lots of different resolutions with no success, I tried the 'text items' sizing options. There are three, and just like Goldilocks's porridge, the big one was no good (150%), the small one was no good (100%) but the middle one was just right (125%).

Why this is, I don't know. Could be a bug. I'd be interested to know if anyone else has swapped around and found a similar problem.

Now, does anyone know if it is possible to run one program with one set of text item sizes, while the rest are in another?

It's odd because I tried different text size settings when looking at this and it made no difference. the window resized each time so the full contents were always shown.
