Jolly old Worldpay (Secret Key)

Can anyone confirm that WorldPay integration still requires that WorldPay themselves provide a Secret Key phrase (used to come in an email) which one just plugs into Actinic, along with the Merchant ID (installation ID in WorldPay parlance), and off you go?

If so, am I right in thinking that the Secret Key is not visible nor editable from the WorldPay control panel, and that they set this up offline once they understand that you are using Actinic, and that a Secret Key is what you need?

Does anybody know if this is still the case?

I'm struggling with a WorldPay integration... how difficult can it be to get a Merchant ID and a Secret Key?

This came up a week or so ago. http://community.sellerdeck.com/showthread.php?t=57372

I'm not sure if they got it working or not but the solution (from previous threads) seems to be to enter
the installation id in the 'Merchant ID' field and the Account ID in the 'Secret Key' field.

Sadly that didn't work for me.

However, I have now made progress.... I found someone at WorldPay support who knows about Actinic/SellerDeck.

When setting up a WorldPay account for SellerDeck you need to ask for an "Actinic Installation" (which I had told my client to do.... and WorldPay had initially confirmed had been done) but this installation had not been done..... the support guy is on to it.
