Weird search error

I've just handed a v11.0.1 site over to a client and any search produces the following error message:

This version of the word index is unsupported. Expected 258. Found 257.

Has anyone seen this before or any idea what might be causing it?

The search works fine on the same site on one of my own proofing accounts - the client's site is hosted on the same system and had a fully working v7 site on it until yesterday. All folder permissions are 755 and all the script files in the cgi-bin have yesterday's date on them.

I'm not sure what may cause that but it is defined in Design Text -1, 259. Maybe a full refresh will fix it.
