Advanced Shipping Plugin error closing Sellerdeck on Windows 7

Hi All,

I am setting up Sellerdeck 11 on a clients brand new machine. When I try and open Actinic I get the following error.

"An error occurred initialising the advanced shipping plugin. This usually happens when the plugin OCX file has been moved or renamed "

It tells me this 3 times, then closes with the message that details of the problem have been saved to a .dmp file.

Opening this file in Notepad all I see is gobbledegook.

Any thoughts on how I can get a freshly downloaded V11 running on a brand new Win 7 machine?

Seems to have been solved by uninstalling Sellerdeck - deleting Site1 folder that gets left behind, running Windows update 7 times and 7 restarts - then installing Sellerdeck again.
