SellerDeck eBay Order Management

We are pleased to announce the release of the eBay Order Management extension for SellerDeck Desktop. This extension is available to download here now, and will be added to the Extensions Catalogue in due course:

Note that this extension requires version 16.0.1 or later of SellerDeck Desktop.

I'm having trouble getting the extension to "Enable".

I did install the Beta version about a month ago but it didn't work.

I have uninstalled the extension and then re-installed it.
I go into Settings > Extensions > Ebay Order Management which brings up the eBay Order Management Configuration Page.
I check the "Enabled" box, click on "Authenticate", the popup requests eBay login details and then supplies the "User Token" which is copied and pasted.
Then I click on "Apply" and then "OK".

When I go to Operations > Extensions > eBay Order Management, which brings up the eBay Order Management Operations Page, the first line says "Extension is disabled".

It appears that the settings applied in the Configuration Page aren't being saved.

Any suggestions please.

Hi Stuart

Sorry to note you are having trouble with the extension. Have you tried licensing a new site and use a fresh instance of the Ebay Extension with it?
Alternately, please send me a zipped version of your site database at [krithika.chandrasekaran at sellerdeck dot com]. Before doing that, suggest compacting your site database from Housekeeping | Compact Databases.

Thanks for your reply and suggestions.
We've been busy and so I've only just had a chance to look at this again.
I'll email the database (M S Access database?) to you and I'd be grateful if you could take a look.
