Not related to actinic at all.
On all images I get this on Explorer, but I can find any info on removing this anywhere - I just can't seem to find the option to turn it off.
'SHIFT+R improves image quality CTRL+F5 reloads the whole page'.
I am sure it must save energy or something - but the feature is no use to me. Can anyone help?
