we are thinking to implement a scheme of "refer a friend" for our website by which the customer can earn a commission of x percent of the friend's first order.
does anybody know an easy way to keep track of this?
as far as we know there are no programs that will assist us and the only way in our heads to do this will be a page in the website similar to a newsletter subscription and a database in our pc's where we keep details of which cusomer referred who.
anybody has any advice about programs that we can use for this or any ideas that can simplify the process as we think it's very timeconsuming and messy at the moment
