Every year, Actinic pulls together all of our staff from five countries and holds a conference. This year, as part of a series of events that we are holding to connect more strongly to our customers, we are inviting a maximum of 36 of our customers to attend part of this event. The number limitation is due to the size of the venue. This is a chance to meet and interact with all of Actinic’s staff.
The venue is The Norton Park hotel, near Winchester, and the invitation is for the afternoon of Friday 31st October from 2pm to 6pm. The meeting room will be The Hampshire Barn. The address is Norton Park, Sutton Scotney, Winchester, Hampshire, S021 3NB, Tel: 01962 763000.
Apart from starting with coffee, we will have three items on the agenda:
Presentations from our customers. These will take the form of a 5 minute presentation with a maximum of 3 slides followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers. Ten customers will be invited to present.
Following coffee, there will be a presentation on Actinic’s latest offerings and our future plans, given by Ben Dyer, our Product Development Director.
Finally there will be several options to receive informal demonstrations of various Actinic products with subject experts that can discuss any issues or questions in relation to them.
There is a registration fee of £10 (including VAT) for the event which is a nominal cost to cover registration and coffee. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you would like to attend, please complete your details and make payment at http://www.actinic.co.uk/products/Ac...onference.html.
Customer presentations
The aim of the presentations is to provide ideas and background information for other Actinic customers, and the entire Actinic staff. If we understand better how Actinic is used, then we can do a better job in explaining, supporting and developing our products. If you would like to present, this must be on a subject which fits into one of the following categories:
• what is my business and how it runs;
• tips that other Actinic users could benefit from;
• how my business uses Actinic;
• the biggest three problems in my business and how Actinic might help;
• the things I love and hate about Actinic;
• ideas for future developments with Actinic products.
If you would like to be considered for one of these slots, please email cbarling (@) actinic.co.uk giving a very short outline (one or two sentences) of the subject that you would choose.
Selected presenters will need to send their slides and any other visual props one week in advance.
Thanks.
Chris
