the BBC has today, told a story about "Mr Prawo Jazdy" a prolific motorist in Ireland who seemed to be knocking up driving offences (speeding, fines, false address's, aliases etc) all over the place,
eventually some bright spark in the irish police force realised that "Mr Prawo Jazdy" was actually the polish for "mr driving licence" and that officers had mistaken the polish words for "driving licence" for the drivers forname, surname and filled out the tickets etc for "him".
naturally all the polish people just laughed and ignored the letters and summons when they arrived at their homes.
