I am considering upgrading from v.11 to v.14 mainly to take advantage of the responsive design facility.
I have downloaded and played about with the Evaluation copy and imported my current v.11 site. It upgraded fairly well but of course does need some tweaking to make it acceptable for publication. I don't really have the time or expertise to do this so have been looking for someone to do this for me.

Is there anyone out there who can substantially improve on this sort of cost?
