add discounts to more than one product group - and discount aliases

I would like the ability to add a discount to more than one product group

similar interface to the values tab in the selectors in the library (ie all product groups on left side - selected product groups on right side).

Discount aliases - so that we can give branded discounts to affiliates

Ie a thirtypound discount can be

pricewise30
comparestoreprices30
freefivers30

etc...
