re-directing links

I would like to see in v10 a section for setting the redirecting desinations of bounce pages

i.e Login accepted, login error, logout, after add to cart and (I'm sure there is more i've missed).

to eliminate have to alter perl to achieve this.

Also can there be a forgotten password page?

Does anybody agree?
