It annoying that we often get asked for repeat orders and they say something like "the same as last time order no XXXXXX
Ok we go into completed orders and find the order number and double click to see what they ordered last time, this then moves a exported order from completed to pending
We use sage line 50 so then once we have the data we have to re-export the order to make it go back to completed rather than block up the pending tables
To re-export we then have to do it onit's own so that when it gets to sage we can delete it before it gets posted twice
Why once something is completed can it not be opened and stay in completed or at very least be able to just move it to completed again after opening if you know what I mean
