I have a special offer for a product. When you buy one strand of beads it is £0.99. When you buy two it is £1.49. We also give a student discount of 10%. Whenever I apply the 10% discount, the customer then does not get the quantity discount. However, it only allows the 10%.
Is there a way that EPOS could recognise the quantity discount (savings of 49p) and still give them 10%. It isn't changing the quantity when I apply the 10% so I would think they still get the discount. Mathematically I can figure it out but EPOS cannot. Perhaps I have the discount set up incorrectly.
I have attached a PDF of the screen where I have the actual discount set up.
