£ sign displays as ú default code set 437

Hi Guys

Trying to run a promotion on the till recipet but it wont print out the £ correctly keeps displaying ú when i try using that to print it then prints another char

Im using the toshiba printer TRST-A00-DX-QM

Any Helpers

asci code for £ is ALT156 and for ú ALT163

Funny thing is ALT0163 also displays £ on the screen but still prints the ú on the till reicpt
