Crash after first checkout page

Just come across a weird issue, after entering address details you are taken straight back to the product page and the basket is cleared. This doesn't happen when using safari but does on internet explorer and firefox. Any ideas?! Thanks.

Are you using custom image buttons in the checkout? this used to cause this issue if the site was upgraded and the script was not patched. You can use CSS checkout buttons instead otherwise scripts get overwritten on upgrading to new patches or versions.

Ah yes we are, I will switch them back to text/css tomorrow and hopefully that will sort it! Thanks!
