I was wondering if anybody else has experienced this? I am currently on v.12.0.4 and for roughly a couple of years or so I have not been able to compare layouts with previous versions. All I get is a grey screen which is blank apart from the pink, green and yellow (conflicting/modified/missing) boxes in the lower left-hand corner (screenshot attached).
I cannot say this happens with all of the layouts because I haven't tried them all, but I have tried many of them and all of those have resulted in the same blank screen.
For years I was able to view the compare screen properly (with code on the left and right-hand sides) and unfortunately I cannot say precisely when it stopped.
Does the screenshot look familiar to anybody?
