Can you delete from Stock Level Ordering Suspended Report?

We use the Stock Level Ordering Suspended Report from the Operations Tab a lot (Sellerdeck 2013), and I’ve always wanted to be able to permanently delete an actual item from the Sellerdeck Catalog from here, and it looks like I should be able to, as when I right click on an item in the stock table I can see an option to ‘delete row’, but this is always greyed out.

Is there an option I need to enable in Settings, or is this a leftover from an older version or from the Epos version?

This probably has a really simple answer but I’m stumped, and for once searching the forum doesn’t seem to help.
