This has not happened before on either our original Catalogue or current Business version software.
When we receive an order not only do we receive an e-mail confirming the order but a copy of the order is e-mailed to us.
We also print off the order from Sellerdeck.
Yesterday we received an order where our client requested the ship to address was different to the invoice address, nothing new there and the email we received confirmed the same.
When downloading and printing the order from Sellerdeck both the invoice to and deliver to addresses were both the same the invoice address.
Has anyone come across this before?
