I have just started using digital downloads. I have 2 cases. The first where the product can only be ordered as a digital download (no permutations). The second where I have products with 2 permutations. One for digital download and the second for post. I use 2 hidden products linked to the permutations to achieve the download and the postage costs.
If I order product without permutations my receipt at end of the order process has the correct link and so does my customer email. All works fine.
If I select the download permutation of the product with permutation and order it the link on the receipt page is correct but the link in the customer email has an extra %20 in the middle of it so it does not work.

The extra %20 appears on the customer email link half way through the numbers/letters sequence. I highlighted it in bold on the TEXT COPY OF THE LINK
I was hoping someone might have seen this issue before and had a fix?
