Account customer re-order

Is it possible, or should I say, how easy is it to make customer account customers who view recent orders etc when they login, be able to click on an old order and re-order it again and/or also be able to edit it in order to save them having to go through the whole process or searching for the items

If that makes sense

My Account Details page looks a dogs dinner to be honest and there has to be a way to make it a bit more 21st Century
