    Re-installing Actinic V10 Business Plus

    Hi

    I had V10 Business Plus on my old computer which is now somewhat out of date. The information from the old PC to the new PC has been reinstalled and I have downloaded the Actinic software and re-entered my authorisation key, problem arises when it comes to the following 'Upgrading Payment Service Providers' and at which point it just hangs, a further message shows 'A serious error occured while upgrading Payment Service Providers. Please contact your Actinic Reseller or Actinic Support as appropriate'.

    We no longer use Actinic but I still need this on my new PC for customers who have dealt with us in the past to look up order history. Do you know how I can get past the above issue?
