I'm using v2016 and responsive design.
I've set my product list to multiple columns (2) but might go to (3) if design needs/looks OK etc.
How can I set up a fragment to appear at the top of the page on some pages, not all pages, to span all columns across the page using this responsive design?
I've found several items on the subject but not much using responsive layouts etc.
