At present i am administrator and constantly add items or make changes
We have the chance of a new person also doing some work
I know i can give him the password etc, but think that whilst he can make amendments and email me a snapshot, as they are not designers withe the designers software there is no way to stop the down load overwriting my site if entered as a snapshot and loosing anything i might have just done
I know i can download the old orders to match the site
Am i correct in that they would need a designer software to be able to download changes to my site without overwriting my site with a standard snapshot
