Using 10.0.1 and silver theme. I want to use the fix to get the special delivery instructions into the recipient email - that I have configured and it appears to work. I therefore have no need to use the special delivery instructions prompt which is selectable from the shipping and tax text options. However, if I unselect that box, I loose the general information box questions on my test site. They appear in the design view but when I upload and test, they aren't there. If I subsequently tick the sdi prompt in shipping and tax and upload, they magically appear.
