I have set up a product to have components that are hidden products and have ticked to hide the product from the online shopping cart. Also I have selected sum of components and this seems to work well in a test order as it only shows the customer the component description and price in the product line.
However when downloading the order into actinic it shows both the product and component as being ordered with only the component showing the cost.
Is there any way that 'only' the component that is ordered can be shown in the order when downloaded?
The reason for this setup is that I need the orders to update in sage and using options rather than components doesnt allow us to use product IDs when linked through to sage.
Any help please would be great.
