As shown in the attached pictures, the Product Component list of permutations has come up in the wrong order. I am absolutely certain that I added them in the correct length order. I have had a look around and it has happened on a number of other Product Components, but not to all of them.
All I have done is export a snapshot, then import the calalog part of it back into the system at a later time.
Has anyone else seen this? Is there anyway to stop it from happening?
After I noticed it, I exported a heirarchical csv file of the catalog. In the CSV file, the permutations are listed in the order shown in the pictures. This sort of suggest that if I make the corrections in the heirarchical csv and then re-import it, the problem should be fixed. However, I don't want to have to do this every time I take a snapshot, and later need to restore it.
