Hi, I am using excel to setup all my products so that I can then import them into sage and then again from sage into actinic using actinic link.
All works fine except that if I change a product name, not its Ref I get an error when importing it into actinic.
Does actinic look at more than the ID fieled when importing products?
Or is there a away I can ask it to only look at the product ref when importing and disregard any other changes so that it will update the product name, description?
It seems to suggest the product exists if I import a product with any small change to the name, description etc!
