Hopefully someone can shed some light on an issue I'm having with Actinic Business v10.0.02!
We get PSP-pending orders when someone pays with Paypal website payments. We do not allocate stock to PSP pending orders in business settings. Usually the stock is adjusted automatically by Actinic when we mark Paypal orders as being paid. Today I've noticed it is not altering stock when I mark paid and shipped! I've tried several orders and none have been taken out of stock.
As far as I'm aware things have been working in the past as we would get stock warnings while processing Paypal orders. Now we get none>
If anyone can help at all In would be most grateful! I'm really not looking forward to the now inevitable stock take of more than 1500 stock lines!
