When entering telephone orders I enter the order details, process the payment (using AP) and then download the order while asking the customer if they have any specific delivery instructions. I enter these into the shipping and handling tab of the order.
BUT I am having problems with this delivery information being deleted by the time it comes to printing the orders. Possibly when I have entered some of the information and then add to it again once the customer has hung up.
Our shipping information is held in the delivery address prompt field.
Anyone else noticed anything suspicious?!
