Hi all,
I have recently added Archive::Zip to our server with the view to enable the compressed uploads option.
I installed the perl module and then ran Help | Troubleshooting| Website Analysis
Here is a copy of the perl modules section created by this report clearly stating that Archive::Zip is installed.
Perl Modules
Digest::MD5 2.39
ActEncrypt1024 Not installed
Exporter 5.63
File::Temp 0.22
LWP::UserAgent 5.834
Crypt::SSLeay Not installed
CGI 3.43
CGI::Carp 1.30_01
Archive::Zip 1.30
Net::SSL Not installed
However when I try to upload i get the following message;
Actinic has detected that your web server does not currently support the compressed upload feature that was introduced in Actinic v9.0.3. Please disable upload compression and try again.
To disable upload compression:
1. Go to the Actinic 'Web' menu
2. Select 'Network Setup'
3. Click the 'FTP options' button
4. Uncheck 'Enable Upload Data Compression'
5. Click 'OK', and 'OK' again
For more information and other possible solutions please see our Knowledge Base article:

What have I missed out, ive deleted my site on the server and performed a refresh to no avail.
Please help
James
