GeneralWhyBuy and GeneralHowFound in confirmation Email

I want do add the GeneralWhyBuy and the GeneralHowFound in the automatic confirmation Email for the customers.

I already added the Payment method like this http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=45088

Unfortunatley I canīt code it by myself, but has anybody an idea how the rows for this both variables should look like?
