We have just noticed today, that over the last two weeks we have been getting various errors with payment on one site.
We offer Actinic Payments, RBS WorldPay and PayPal and across all three we have issues where the order is downloading as unpaid but has been paid.
There does not seem to be a pattern as it is across several days, might span a couple of payments so order 1234 is okay but 1233 and 1235 showing as unpaid when they are paid.
Anyone any suggestions as to why this might be happening.
I have just done a site refresh in case that might be an issue.
