I'm not entirely sure of the best way to word my query but I'll give it a shot.
Firstly I should explain the site is split over two locations, one for design and one for order processing.
We've recently upgraded from V6 to V11. We have three questions located within the General Information section of the Checkout, along the lines of 'how did you find our site' etc. The person who downloads our orders etc says they are no longer able to see the General Information content within the Order Processing stage. Apparently he would click on the 'misc' within the order and the content of our General Information questions would be there. I have submitted a dummy order with answers so I know, in theory, the content for that order does exist.
Can someone tell me where the content of General Information part of the checkout process is located. Because I can't access the order processing PC it's proving a little challenging.
