Hello,
I am trying to use single use coupon codes to achieve the following...
Cutomer makes a purchase from us over a set amount, we issue a single use coupon code to that customer by email
The issued coupon needs to offer £100 of free goods (excluding carriage) off a range of products that are included in a product group called 'Accessories'.
Customer adds £100+ of these products to their cart and subsequently types in the coupon code, i want Actinic to deduct £100 form the total no matter how much over £100 they spend, on any mix of products from this group.
What Actinic actually does is take of £100 per product from the group, hence if they have added four products from the product group each totalling over £100 it would take £400 off the total.
If the only allow one per order is ticked then it will take up to £100 from a single product in the total (or less if that product total is less than £100), and then nothing from any other products. Hence they could have added a mix of products totalling over £100, yet the coupon in this case might actually only deduct the cost of one line in the cart.
What i want to achieve is for the coupon to deduct £100 from the bottom line total when a mix of products in the 'accessories' group is in the cart. This is not live so i cannot show on the web how its working, but i have been testing the combinations using the MOTO form.
If anyone has any ideas then i would be very grateful
thanks!
